AI Usage Disclosure
The AI assistant drafts replies and marketing text for your review. Here is exactly what it does, what data it uses, and how credits work.

Drafts, not decisions
Every AI suggestion in ADVATOUCH — a reply to a customer or a marketing text — is a draft. It is shown to you for review and can be edited or discarded; nothing is ever sent or published automatically. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, and we make no promise that it is always correct. You, the merchant, are responsible for reviewing every draft before sending it.
Data sent to AI providers
To generate a draft, the relevant conversation excerpt and your own store profile (catalog items, delivery and payment policy text) are sent to a third-party AI provider — currently Google Gemini, with Cloudflare Workers AI as a fallback. Providers process this data under their own terms; we do not allow it to be used for advertising, and we do not sell it. You can disable AI assistance entirely in the app settings.
AI credits
- AI usage is measured in credits. Your first month includes free AI usage; after that, credits come from paid top-up packages.
- A credit is consumed only when a generation request succeeds. Failed requests do not consume credits.
- When credits run out, AI features pause and the app offers a top-up — nothing else in the product stops working.
- Purchased credits are honored under the policy in force at the time of purchase, unless that becomes legally impossible.
Availability and pricing
AI availability and cost depend on third-party AI providers. If provider pricing or availability changes, package pricing or the usage included in future periods may change; already-purchased credits keep their purchase-time terms. Current package prices are shown on the Pricing page and in the app.
