These Terms govern your use of the Advance Vision Tech Solutions website and of Veylora, our desktop billing application. By using the website or Veylora you agree to these Terms.
Permitted use
You may use the website and Veylora only for lawful billing, customer management, business records, cloud backup, business communication, and the integrations Veylora exposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices, tax records, customer information, and any messages sent or received through connected services.
Authorised account and Page connections
You may only connect WhatsApp Business numbers and Facebook Pages that you own or are explicitly authorised to manage. Connecting an account or Page on behalf of someone else requires their explicit, documented permission. We may suspend or disconnect any integration that appears to violate this requirement or Meta's policies.
Prohibited use
- No spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or automated mass-messaging outside Meta's standard messaging window.
- No abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, or illegal content sent through the integrations.
- No use that violates Meta's WhatsApp Business or Messenger Platform policies, or the laws of the user's country.
- No reverse engineering, redistribution, or resale of Veylora's source code or installer without our written permission.
- No attempt to bypass licensing, device controls, or signature verification.
Licensing & cloud access
Veylora may require an active trial or paid license to run, and an active cloud subscription to use online features such as cloud backup and Meta integrations. Pricing and availability of the cloud subscription may change with reasonable notice.
Third-party services
Veylora's WhatsApp and Messenger features depend on Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API and Messenger Platform. Availability, approval, pricing, and policy requirements are controlled by Meta. JoFotara features depend on the availability of Jordan's official e-invoicing service. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or pricing decisions made by these third parties.
No warranty
The website and Veylora are provided as-is. Advance Vision Tech Solutions is not responsible for misuse of the application, for outages of third-party platforms, or for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version is always available on this page; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects when it changed.
