The terms that govern your use of our website, the ADVATOUCH application, and its cloud services.

Who you contract with
These terms form an agreement between you and مؤسسة الرؤيا المتقدمة للحلول التقنية (trading in English as Advance Vision Tech Solutions), commercial registration no. 580786, Amman, Jordan — the owner and operator of the ADVATOUCH application, its cloud services, and this website. By creating an account, purchasing a license, or using our services, you accept these terms.
Use of services
You agree to use our services lawfully, to provide accurate account information, and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and on your licensed devices.
License and free trial
ADVATOUCH is provided under an annual, device-bound subscription license covering up to two active devices at a time; activating an additional device releases the least-recently-used seat. New accounts include a 30-day free trial with full features. After the trial, an active license is required to continue using the application; cloud sync, backups, and messaging integrations require active cloud access. The software is licensed, not sold, and all intellectual property in ADVATOUCH remains ours.
Payments and renewals
Prices are shown in your local currency (JOD in Jordan, otherwise USD) and are charged through our payment provider, MEPS, on a hosted payment page — we never store card numbers. CliQ and bank transfers are activated after manual verification. Licenses are valid for one year from activation; renewing early extends from your current expiry date. Your responsibilities
The Meta assets you connect (WhatsApp Business number, Facebook Page, Instagram account) must be yours, and your use of them through ADVATOUCH must comply with Meta's terms and applicable law. Invoices, taxes, and JoFotara submissions are issued in your name and remain your legal responsibility; ADVATOUCH is a tool that helps you prepare and submit them. You are responsible for maintaining backups of data kept only on your devices.
Availability and integrations
We work to keep our online services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram integrations depend on your authorization and on Meta's platform availability and approval; JoFotara depends on the government service — these are outside our control.
AI assistant
AI-generated replies and marketing texts are drafts. They may be inaccurate, and you are responsible for reviewing and editing every draft before sending or publishing it. AI usage is credit-based: the first month is included, afterwards credits come from prepaid top-ups and are consumed when a generation succeeds. AI availability and future package pricing depend on third-party AI providers; already-purchased credits keep the terms in force when bought. See the AI Usage Disclosure.
Disclaimers and liability
The services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data that you could have prevented through your own backups.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For questions, contact info@advancevisiontech.com.
