Payment, Refund & Support Policy
What you are buying, how you can pay, when purchases activate, and how refunds and support work.

What you are buying
- ADVATOUCH annual license: one year of the application, cloud service, software updates, and technical support.
- ADVATOUCH tablet package (by arrangement): a tablet device with ADVATOUCH installed and configured, plus onboarding training.
- AI credit top-ups: prepaid credit packages for the AI assistant (the first month of AI usage is included free).
- The price shown at checkout is the final amount charged for that purchase.
Payment methods
- Card via MEPS hosted payment page: you enter card details on the payment provider's secure page — we never see or store card numbers.
- CliQ transfer: instant local transfer to our published CliQ details.
- Bank transfer: to our published account details.
When purchases activate
Card payments activate automatically after the payment provider confirms the transaction to our server. CliQ and bank transfers are verified manually: your request is recorded as pending, and the license or credits activate after we confirm the transfer — usually within one business day. Offline transfers never activate automatically.
Refunds
- Annual license fees are refundable within 14 days of payment if the license has not been activated on a device; once activated, the year is non-refundable.
- AI credits are non-refundable once granted, except where required by law.
- Tablet hardware is covered by the terms agreed at delivery, including any applicable manufacturer warranty.
- If a paid service did not work and our support cannot fix it, contact us — where the failure is ours, we will make it right.
Support
Technical support is included with the tablet package and with every active annual license, via support@advancevisiontech.com and the phone numbers on our Contact page. Support covers the software, connections, and payments — it does not extend to managing your Meta accounts or your customers on your behalf.
