This Privacy Policy describes how Advance Vision Tech Solutions (in Arabic: الرؤيا المتقدمة للحلول التقنية) handles personal information collected through its website and through Veylora, our desktop billing application.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to operate the service. For Veylora users this includes account details, company profile, billing records, cloud-backup data, license and device data, and — only when the user explicitly enables them — the data described in the WhatsApp Business and Facebook Messenger sections below.
WhatsApp Business integration
When a user connects WhatsApp through Veylora using Meta's official Embedded Signup, we receive and store: connected WhatsApp Business identifiers (phone number ID, WABA ID, business ID, display name, verified name), an encrypted WhatsApp access token used to operate the connection, message metadata, customer message content received through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, and order details parsed from those messages. Access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-GCM and are never returned to the desktop client.
Facebook Messenger integration
When a user connects a Facebook Page to Veylora through Messenger, we store the following data so the Messenger features can operate:
- Facebook Page ID and Page name of the page the user chose to connect.
- The connected Facebook account identifier (the user_id Meta returns for the admin who authorised the connection).
- An encrypted Facebook Page access token, used only to send and receive messages on behalf of the connected Page. The token is stored encrypted with AES-GCM at rest and is never returned to the desktop client.
- Message content received from people who message the connected Page, the sender's Messenger-scoped ID (PSID), the sender's display name as Messenger provides it, and timestamps.
- Delivery and status data Meta sends to our webhook (event types and per-message status reported by Meta).
- The connection state and timestamps describing when the Page was connected, disconnected, or last received a message.
This data is used only to operate the Messenger features the user requested — receiving messages on the connected Page and providing those messages and the reply window to the connected Veylora user. We do not currently use this data for automated profiling, advertising, or resale.
How we use the data
The data above is used to provide the features the user requested: billing, backup and restore, order management, license verification, and the WhatsApp and Messenger integrations.
We do not sell personal data to advertisers or third parties.
Security
Access tokens for WhatsApp Business and Facebook Messenger are encrypted with AES-GCM at rest. Requests from Veylora to our online service are authenticated. The desktop application stores billing data locally on the user's computer.
Your choices
- Disconnect WhatsApp or Messenger from inside Veylora at any time. Disconnecting removes the encrypted access token from our database and revokes it with Meta on a best-effort basis.
- Submit a Meta data-deletion request from your Facebook account; Meta will call our standard data-deletion callback, which we honour after verifying the signed request.
- Email us a deletion request at the address below.
